  *Minimum term of packages 4, 5, and 6 is three months. 

Business coaching introduction package 1

For companies

This introduction package consists of:

• 20 hours,
• Maximum of 4 employees,
• 5 hours per employee,
• Extensive personality profile and evaluation session (distinguishing between business coaching and personal therapy),
• Customised coaching plan per newly introduced employee,
• 3-way call with manager/supervisor regarding work performance for each newly introduced employee,
• Online-support,
• Exercises, questionnaires, and psycho-education,
• Evaluation with employee regarding progress.

Business coaching introduction package 2

For companies

This introduction package consists of:

• • 30 hours,
  • Maximum of 6 employees,
  • 5 hours per employee,
  • Extensive personality profile and evaluation session (distinguishing between business coaching and personal therapy),
  • Customised coaching plan per newly introduced employee,
  • 3-way call with manager/supervisor regarding work performance for each newly introduced employee,
  • Online-support,
  • Exercises, questionnaires, and psycho-education,
  • Evaluation with employee regarding progress.

For companies

This introduction package consists of:

• • 16 hours,
  • Extensive personality profile and evaluation session with manager/CEO/COO,
  • 1-on-1 business coaching with manager/CEO/COO regarding personnel,
  • 3-way call with manager/CEO/COO and employee,
  • Leadership style coaching and a tailored approach per employee,
  • Maximum of 4 cases,
  • Preparation (studying/analysing reports, personality questionnaires),
  • Online support,
  • Exercises, questionnaires, and psycho-education.

For companies

This package consists of:

• 20 hours per month, for the minimum duration of 3 months,
• For every new employee: an extensive personality profile and evaluation session of 90 minutes (distinguishing between business coaching and personal therapy),
• Coaching plan and evaluation per newly introduced employee,
• 3-way call with manager/supervisor regarding work performance for each newly introduced employee,
• Online-support,
• Exercises, questionnaires, and psycho-education.

This package consists of:
