Online PTSD questionnaire

Infographic PTSD. PTSD questionnaire.

Interesting PTSD statistics.

This PTSD questionnaire is not intended for diagnostic purposes. It can help determine whether you or someone you know may meet the criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Sometimes, people believe they have PTSD when they do not, while others deny having it despite experiencing significant symptoms. One of the challenges of PTSD is that it does not resolve on its own. You may try to avoid PTSD triggers, but the underlying pain remains. When avoidance is not possible, symptoms can become overwhelming. Use this questionnaire wisely, and if your results indicate that you may have PTSD, consider seeking professional help.
After completing the questionnaire, you will receive your score along with an explanation of what it represents. This PTSD questionnaire is anonymous and takes only three minutes to complete.

Understanding PTSD

PTSD can develop after experiencing, witnessing, or learning about a traumatic event. In some cases, symptoms appear shortly after the event, while in others, they may take months to emerge. Some individuals do not develop PTSD at all, making it a complex condition that is difficult for many to understand. Fortunately, we are all unique, and we process experiences in different ways. For example, one person may be able to process a traumatic event effectively, while another may struggle, leading to PTSD.
